Our house has grown
Yes, our house has grown. I am 8 1/2 weeks pregnant! A couple of weeks ago I had some concerns, didn't feel things were right, and had called the doctor about my symptoms. He didn't think there was any cause for alarm, but said he would do an ultrasound at my appointment just to make sure things were okay (typically my doctor does not perform ultrasounds in his office). I haven't been too concerned, but I was excited to see the baby for the first time and have that wonderful experience all over again. As soon as the picture came up on the screen it didn't look right to me. The doctor then said "There's your problem, you have two babies in there." What? Two? You're joking right? Umm nope, you're having twins!!! Holy crap (and yes, that's exactly how I felt). What are we going to do?
